Park House Flats, St Austell at 13/12/2021 10:36
At 10:36 Fire Control received an emergency call reporting a fire alarm had activated at Park House Flats in St Austell.
In line with our pre-determined response for high rise buildings three appliances and an aerial appliance were mobilised as well as a Wholetime Officer. Two appliances were mobilised from St Austell, one from Mevagissey and the Aerial Appliance from Truro.
On arrival crews carried out an inspection of the building and identified the cause of the alarm was due to dust from construction works taking place.
