Appliances from Lostwithiel and St. Austell were mobilised to this incident, on arrival the crews found the bedroom area of the caravan severely damaged by fire, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed at the scene, a hosereel and main jet were used to extinguish the blaze. One person was treated by Brigade personnel at the scene and oxygen was administered. Crews remained at the scene for a considerable time damping down, the last appliance returning at approximately 0630 hours.
