Crews from St. Columb and Newquay were mobilised to this incident, on arrival there was found to be a fire in the roof space of a flat roof, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel also the positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. Brigade personnel administered oxygen therapy, to treat the effects of smokeinhilation, to three casualties at the scene, until the arrival of West Country Ambulance personnel.
