Three appliances are in attendance at a derelict property fire. The bungalow measures 10 x 6 metres and was well alight on crews arrival. Firefighters are using 2 main jets, 2 hose reel jets on the fire. Police are in attendance and are maintaining a cordon around the building with the road outside being closed. This incident will be updated where more details become available.

Update 23:52. Three Fire crews from Tolvaddon and Perranporth remain on scene using three main jets, two hose reel jets. Western Power engineers have attended to isolate the electrics in the property.

Update 00:15 24/01/22 Power tools are in use to remove trees from the garden of the property to make way for use of a ladder. Good progress on the fire is being made.

Update 03:18 - The fire is now extinguished and all resources have left the scene. A fire investigation will take place during the day.
