One crew from Falmouth attended a call to a cat who had become trapped in a stairlift. The cat had become stuck under the stairlift seat battery. Firefighters used a crash rescue spreader to release the animal. The cat appeared unharmed by its ordeal but was taken to the vets by its owner as a precaution.
