At 12:40 we were called by the Ambulance Service to a road traffic collision involved a person trapped in an overturned van. Appliances from Perranporth and Newquay were mobilised along with a Rescue Tender from Tolvaddon and wholetime officer.

On arrival crews found one casualty physically trapped in the vehicle and used used small tools and a ladder to extricate them.

Crews then made the vehicle safe and handed the scene over to police.
