At 14:49 Critical Control mobilised appliances from Truro and Tolvaddon, along with a Wholetime Officer.
Firefighters located a fire in an upstairs bathroom of an end terrace property, approx 8 metres by 10 metres. The fire was confined to a single shower unit.
Two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and small tools were used to extinguish the fire.
