Gas Cylinder Fire

One appliance from Penzance attended a call to a 13kg propane gas cylinder which was on fire. Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and removed the cylinder to a safe location away from residential properties. Firefighters monitored the cylinder using a thermal imaging camera once the fire had been extinguished.
