Cornwall fire and rescue service received multiple calls to reports of a large gorse fire in the Colliford Lake area of Bodmin moor, on arrival crews confirmed a large area of gorse was alight. Crews from Liskeard and Bodmin fire stations attended alongside a wholetime officer, firefighters used hose reels and beaters to extinguish the fire.
The fire has now been extinguished and all crews have left the scene.
