One crew from Saltash attended a call to a recycling box on fire, on crews arrival the fire had been extinguished by the occupant using a hose pipe. Crews confirmed that the fire had actually spread to the house from the garden and spread to the buildings fascias and window in the building. Firefighters used one triple extension ladder, one thermal imaging camera, one hose reel and small tools to ensure that the fire was completely out and had not spread.
