On receipt of this call, appliances from St. Austell and Fowey were mobilised, on arrival firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property with a high pressure hosereel and proceeded to the kitchen area, the fire was fortunately extinguished, the crews used the positive pressure fan to clear and ventilate the property.
