@ 09:21 Fire Control received a call to a bonfire that had spread to an adjacent barn. One fire appliance from Torpoint and one also from Saltash Community Fire Station with a wholetime officer were mobilised to investigate.
On arrival there was a request for further assistance for a water carrier from Liskeard.
Fire fighters wear breathing apparatus and using a main jet, hosereel jet and ground monitor to extinguish the fire and protect the near by buildings.
