On receipt of this call, both appliances from Newquay were mobilised, on arrival the crews found a ground floor flat smokelogged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and used a hosereel at the incident, the fire involved a pan which was left on the cooker, after the fire was extinguished, the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises.
