The brigade was called to a gorse fire at the skate park in Tuckingmill Camborne this afternoon. An appliance from Camborne Fire Station was mobilised. Four square metres of high gorse had been on fire but was out upon the arrival of the brigade. The attending crew used beaters to extinguish hot spots which were still burning.
