Appliances from Polruan, Saltash and Looe with an Officer attended this incident, the fire involved an extractor fan, which was fortunately out on arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus checked the property for signs of fire spread and used a thermal imaging camera to ensure that the fire was extinguished.
