Road Traffic Collision
A39, Bude side of Camelford at 17/01/2023 17:30
Two fire appliances from Delabole, a fire appliance from Wadebridge and the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised to a report of a road traffic collision involving three vehicles with several casualties, possibly some trapped.
When firefighters from Delabole arrived they confirmed that nobody was trapped and they assisted Ambulance on scene with casualties and made the scene safe. The Wadebridge crew and the rescue tender from Bodmin were returned.
The A39 was blocked while the emergency services dealt with the incident. The road was opened by 1820hrs and the fire service has left the scene.
There is no information from the Fire Service on the condition of the casualties.
