Two fire appliances from Bodmin responded to this incident.
On arrival a property fire was discovered with smoke issuing and a request was made for a further appliance to attend which came from Lostwithiel.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus sets extinguished the fire using hose reel jets. The cause is believed to have started from a candle.
