Gorse Fire

One crew from Lostwithiel were mobilised to a report of a grass fire. On arrival they found that there was a large area of gorse alight and they requested a second pump, which came from Bodmin and a 4-wheel drive vehicle from Lostwithiel. The fire was extinguished by 1712hrs using beaters.
