On receipt of this call, appliances from Callington and Saltash were mobilised, on arrival there was found to be fire in a three storey block of flats, there were also persons unaccounted for, a further appliance was requested, which came from Saltash. Teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus using hosereels entered the properties and proceeded to search the area and extinguish the fire, and confirm that all persons had been accounted for.
