Fire - Agricultural Building

Three appliances from Tolvaddon, Truro and Perranporth were mobilised to an agricultural building fire.
On arrival the building was found to be well alight and a water carrier was requested. This came from Helston.
A further request for three additional pumping appliances was made. These came from Newquay, Falmouth and Truro.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and jets to extinguish the fire which involved hay and straw.
An Incident Command Unit from St Just, Operational Support Vehicle from Falmouth and Welfare Vehicle from St Mawes were also mobilised.
