At 11:01 Fire Control received a 999 call reporting a fire in a garage near to a property in Lostwithiel.
Two appliances have been mobilised, one from Bodmin Fire Station and the other from St Austell, along with a two Wholetime Station Managers.
On arrival crews reported one detached domestic garage, measuring 7 meters by 3 meters. Fire confined to garage.
Two breathing apparatus have been deployed under rapid deployment using one hose reel jet to prevent fire spread.
