Two appliances from Tolvaddon Fire Station and a Flexi Duty Officer attended this incident.
The fire was in a detached residential property consisting of 2 floors and basement measuring approx 10m by 6m.
It involved a fire which spread from a consumer unit on the ground floor to a first floor bathroom and the loft space.
The crew used 4 breathing apparatus, 2 CO2 extinguishers, 1 hosereel and 1 thermal image camera to extinguish the fire.
The crew gave oxygen therapy to one male casualty suffering from some inhalation, an ambulance was requested and the casualty was then handed over to their care.
National Grid were also requested and attended to isolate the electrics.
The cause of the fire is confirmed as accidental.
