Appliances from Liskeard and Saltash were mobilised to this incident.
A fire involving a shed measuring 8 by 5 metres containing timber and three cylinders was discovered.
A request was made for a water carrier to attend due to poor supplies. This came from Liskeard.
Breathing apparatus and hose reel jets were used to tackle the fire.
