Tresillian at 18/10/2023 01:41
At 01:41hrs our Critical Control Centre received multiple calls reporting a large fire in a field behind a residential street in Tresillian. An appliance from Truro Community Fire Station was immediately mobilised.
At 02:13hrs, the incident commander requested another appliance to assist with firefighting efforts. A deep seated large bonfire measuring 12m x 4m was being extinguished using hose reel jets and a main jet. An appliance from Perranporth Fire Station was mobilised.
