Firefighters Investigate Possible Nitrogen Gas Leak

Two fire appliances and the Environmental Support Vehicle from Bodmin and a fire appliance from St Austell attended a report of a possible leak of Nitrogen gas.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used gas detection equipment to monitor the gas levels. Readings were taken over a period of time with nothing abnormal found.
The brigade left the scene at 1100hrs and engineers will attend to check the Nitrogen gas equipment on site as a precaution.
