An appliance from Bodmin was called to a report of a chimney fire at 20:48 this evening. On arrival the crew found a particularly difficult wood burner chimney to access. After extinguishing the fire, the Firefighters made access to the flue and using a stirrup pump, rods and a thermal imaging camera they were able to extinguish the flames.
