Appliances from Helston and Tolvaddon responded to this incident, along with a wholetime officer.
On arrival a fire involving a gas fire in a bedroom was discovered.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus sets, used a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe.
