Two appliances from Newquay attended a call to a fire in a porch at 15:00. On arrival the Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel under rapid deployment to extinguish the flames. Following a tier 1 fire investigation, the cause was confirmed to be a candle on a plastic box.
