Two appliances from Bodmin Fire Station and the Water Carrier from Liskeard were mobilised to this incident.
The incident involved a double decker bus that was well alight but was not carrying any passengers and the driver escaped uninjured.
Firefighters used two hosereel jets and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. The crew continued to damp down and check the interior of the bus for fire spread by removing some of the seating.
This has now been completed and the incident has been handed over.
