One crew from Tolvaddon attended a call to a car on fire on the coast road near to Basset's Cove. Crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. The vehicle was significantly damaged by the fire. The road is currently closed whilst the vehicle awaits recovery and the road surface is assessed for damage by Cornwall Highways.
