Five appliances from Penzance, St Just, Hayle and St Ives attended a boat fire in Newlyn. The boat measured 25 metres and was well alight on crews arrival. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus with a hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. Once casualty suffering smoke inhalation was left in the care of Ambulance crew. Lifeboat, Coastguard and Police also attended the scene to assist with the incident. There are no more details available on this incidennt.
