One appliance from St Columb and two from Newquay Fire Station attended this incident.

The incident involved a three storey detached domestic property with a fire in the ground floor lounge. Crews used four breathing apparatus one covering jet, one safety jet, two hosereels and one thermal image camera to tackle the fire.

The cause of the fire is unknown and will be investigated by a Fire Investigation Team.
