Dangerous Structure

Firefighters from Truro are in attendance and have cordoned off an area below, due to a pipe that is in danger of falling due to the strong wind. The fire crew are using an aerial ladder platform to make the pipe safe and prevent further damage.
Update at 1400hrs: The pipe has been removed from the building using the aerial ladder platform and the scene made safe.
