At 15.09 on 23rd April 2025, two fire engines from Penzance and one from St. Just were mobilised to a residential fire in Penzance. On arrival crews discovered a block of flats well alight, and requested a further fire engine from St. Ives. Four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one covering jet are in use.
