Fire In Public House

The Brigade were called to a reported fire in the kitchen of a public house. Two firefighters in breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire. The owner, before the arrival of the Brigade, made a very big effort to extinguish the fire. An ambulance was required for the owner who was suffering the effects of smoke inhalation.
