Beside Par Beach, Par, St Austell at 02/08/2006 14:03
One appliance from St Austell attended a reported gorse fire at the above location. On arrival the crew found this to be approximately 40 metres of high gorse and they used one hose reel to extinguish. This was started deliberately and details passed to Devon and Cornwall Police who wil be investigating the matter. No further details on this incident.
