Bales Set Alight

Crew from Truro and Tolvaddon attended calls to a 10 wrapped bales on fire. The fire started in the bales and spread to an area of standing crops measuring 100 x 50 metres. Crews used two hose reels to extinguish the fire. This fire is believed to be arson, due to a number of fires in the Penair area today Police are in attendance and making investigations.
