Announcement

Falmouth Cornwall at 03/10/2025 12:00

We are sad to announce the cancellation of this year’s Fireworks Night Display on Bonfire Night, November 5, traditionally organised by Falmouth Fire Station.

This decision has not been taken lightly. Following discussions with multiple agencies, it has become clear that the 2025 event cannot be delivered to the standard of safety and organisation that our community rightly expects.

We know how much this event means to the people of Falmouth and the surrounding area.

It’s a firm favourite in the town calendar, bringing families and friends together to enjoy a spectacular evening while supporting local community groups and charities. Its absence this year will certainly be felt.

The organising team is committed to working with partners to bring the display back in the future.

We’d like to thank everyone for their understanding, patience and continued support, and we look forward to celebrating with our community again soon.

If you are celebrating Bonfire Night with fireworks or sparklers at home, please keep yourself and your loved ones safe by following the advice on the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service website.
