Gas Leak

A crew from Truro Fire Station and an officer attended a gas leak near to Tresillian Business Park.
A 500m cordon was put in place in conjunction with Devon and Cornwall Police. The main A390 and B3275 was closed and public were advised to avoid the area and find an alternative routes.
At 0830hrs Engineers were in attendance to isolate and repair the gas supply.
At 0915hrs Cornwall Fire and Rescue left the incident in the hands of gas engineers and Devon and Cornwall Police. The main A390 should be reopened soon but the B3274 will remain closed whilst gas engineers continue their work.
