Firefighters from Penzance Community Fire Station attended reports of a fire in a property divided into flats. When they arrived, the fire crew confirmed that everyone was out of the property. A small fire involving a sofa was located and confirmed as already out. The property was ventilated to clear the smoke. The cause of the fire is accidental.
