Fire Control took a call from a member of the public at 23:17 who reported that a small van was alight in a layby on Par Moor Road. Crew from St Austell were mobilised and they extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels. Police attended the incident scene and arranged recovery of the vehicle.
