Firefighters are responding to a fire at a commercial address at Truro Road, Lanivet.

There are currently two appliances on scene with a further two appliances and a wholetime officer on their way.

At this time, smoke is entering the A389 Truro Road so members of the public are advised to proceed with caution or find an alternative route at this time.

Update at 21:45 hours - Pumping appliances from Bodmin, St Dennis, and Lostwithiel are at this incident. Firefighters are using two hose reel jets and a main jet to extinguish the fire. Good progress is being made.

Update 00:30hrs: The fire is now confirmed out and all appliances have left the scene.
