Crews from Liskeard and Lostwithiel along with specialist water equipment from St Austell attended a call to a delivery van trapped in deep fast flowing water. On crews arrival they confirmed one male was trapped in the vehicle surrounded with 2 ft of water. Firefighters entered the water wearing flood suits, the vehicle and occupant were winched to safety from the flood water.
