At 11:28hrs Fire Control received a number of calls reporting a fire in a dust extraction system within an industrial building.

Appliances from Launceston, Bodmin and Holsworthy were mobilised.

The incident commander confirmed a small fire in a dust extractor filter, being extinguished using a hose reel jet. The crews then investigated the system to ensure no further fires were present.

At 12:29hrs the incident commander confirmed the fire had been extinguished and all appliances were released from the incident.
