Between Carnon Downs and Baldhu, near Truro at 08/08/2006 22:24
Firefighters from Truro attended and found that the fire had spread and also included a pile of sillage. The fire was brought under control by 2300hrs and the crew was detained for a time damping down.
Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
