On receipt of this call, both appliances from Helston were mobilised, on arrival the crews found the kitchen heavily smokelogged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises and used a hosereel to extinguish the fire, which involved a chip pan, the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises.
