Appliances from Helston and Mullion were mobilised to this incident, on arrival there was found to be a room heavily smokelogged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises and extinguished the fire using a hosereel, the positive pressure fan was also used to ventilate the premises. One person was treated at the scene for the effects of smoke inhilation by West Country Ambulance.
