Crews from Bodmin were quickly on scene at a fire in a ground floor bedroom of a residential home. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building to extinguish the fire using one hosereel. The building was then checked for any fire spread and the smoke was vented.
Two persons were left in care of ambulance personnel suffering the effects of smoke inhalation.
