At 1213 on 7th March the Fire Brigade received a call to a reported road traffic accident involving a land rover which had rolled over with a person trapped inside. At 1222 the water ladder from Launceston with Stn O Chapman in charge arrived on scene. The Rescue Tender from Bodmin with Sub O Bartlett in charge arrived on scene at 1240. The Officer in charge of the incident was Temporary Assistant Divisional Officer Boeck who arrived on scene at 1235.
The crews used crash rescue equipment and by 1255 one male casualty was released and flown to hospital. No other details.
