Appliances from Helston and Mullion were mobilised to this address. On arrival the crews found a four bedroomed property heavily smokelogged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building and used a hosereel to extinguish the fire in the kitchen, the firefighters also rescued a dog and a cat unharmed. The positive pressure fan was also used to ventilate the premises.
